Resilience Restored Physical Therapy

We Help Women Across The Northern Virginia Region Have Amazing Birth Experiences And Recover Quickly

From the Comfort Of Their Own Home

Sandy Michell, Northern Virginia's Leading Physical Therapist for pre and post-partum care and pelvic floor pain.

Sandy Michell is Northern Virginia’s leading physical therapist who helps women have amazing birth experiences and recover from them quickly. She provides exceptional personalized service in your own home. She founded Resilience Restored Physical Therapy because she saw so many women suffer needlessly and in silence. She knows firsthand how isolating it can be to have issues with incontinence and pelvic pain, both before or after having a baby, and how hard it can be to get yourself to a clinic to get your issues addressed, especially if you are a new mother or if you have other children to attend to at home. That is why she brings expert care to your door. Helping you have an amazing birth is one of her special joys. She has helped many women just like you overcome issues and have a great birthing day. She has helped many women recover quickly and fully from birth to return to doing what they love with who they love.

Sandy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1989. She is certified as a licensed Physical Therapist in both Virginia and Maryland and as a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art.
